FixFastTrack is a maintenance request tracking service for landlords. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Landlord accounts: When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a hashed (encrypted) version of your password. We also store the property and unit information you enter.
Tenant submissions: When a tenant submits a maintenance request, we store the request title, description, and priority level. We also store the tenant name and email address if provided, so we can send them status update emails.
Usage data: Our server logs standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for debugging and security purposes. These logs are retained for a limited time and are not used for advertising.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
FixFastTrack is self-hosted. Your data is stored in a database on servers we control. We do not use third-party cloud databases or analytics platforms.
Passwords are encrypted and are never stored in plain text.
We use a single signed session cookie to keep landlords logged in. This cookie is necessary for the service to function and contains no personal data — only a session identifier. It expires after 30 days or when you log out.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at the address below. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
FixFastTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll note the updated date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
